We Built Enterprise Sales Intelligence for $2K/Month — Here’s How It Stacks Up Against 6sense, Bombora, and ZoomInfo

The pitch from enterprise sales intelligence vendors sounds incredible. “We know which accounts are in-market right now. We track intent signals across millions of websites. We’ll tell you exactly who to call.”

Then you see the contract: $30,000 to $80,000 per year. A 12-month commitment. A 90-day implementation. And a system that, more often than not, tells your team to call companies — not the specific people inside those companies who are actually raising their hands.

We went a different direction. We built our own sales intelligence system from scratch — running it live on our own clients — and we’ve priced it at $1,000/month for founding members (limited spots remaining) and $2,000–$3,000/month per system ongoing. Here’s exactly what we built, how it compares, and where we’re headed next.

The Problem With $50K/Year Intent Data

Platforms like 6sense, Bombora, and ZoomInfo’s intent product are built around anonymous IP-to-company identification. They track visits across third-party publisher networks and tell you, “Company X is researching Topic Y.” That’s useful context. But it has three fundamental problems for most B2B sales teams:

  • No person-level identification. You know a company is looking, but not who. You’re still cold calling into the org.
  • Third-party data is noisy. Intent scores aggregate activity across the web — competitor research, employee training, journalists writing about the space — all get mixed in.
  • It doesn’t connect to your actual list. You might have 40,000 ideal customers already in your email database. Enterprise tools don’t score those contacts based on how they’re engaging with you specifically.

We solved a different, more immediate problem: Who inside your existing audience is showing real buying behavior right now, and when should your sales team call them?

What We Built: The Easy Button™ Signal Engine

The Easy Button™ is a modular sales intelligence system built on identified contact scoring. Every signal we track is tied to a real email address — not an IP, not an anonymous cookie. Here’s how it works:

1. Prospect Pump™ — Build Your TAM First

Before you can score contacts, you need the right contacts. Our Prospect Pump™ system builds and validates 6,000–8,000 Ideal Customer Profile prospects per month into your Total Addressable Market list, then systematically develops them through email warm-up sequences in Campaign Monitor. By the time the Easy Button™ starts scoring, you’re not working with a cold list — you’re working with a warmed, verified TAM that knows who you are.

Enterprise tools don’t build your list. They assume you have one.

2. Bot-Filtered Behavioral Pixel

We deploy a first-party tracking pixel on your website with a scroll + 5-second dwell gate before any signal fires. Email scanner bots — which inflate open rates and artificially trigger intent signals in most tools — cannot pass this gate. Every signal in our system represents a real human interaction.

3. Multi-Signal Scoring

Every contact in your Campaign Monitor list is scored continuously across five signal types:

  • Email opens (recency and frequency weighted)
  • Email link clicks (higher intent than opens)
  • Website page visits (pixel-verified, bot-filtered)
  • High-intent page visits (pricing, contact, hire/services pages — scored at a premium)
  • On-site form submissions

4. Automated CRM Deal Creation + Alerts

When a contact crosses 15 points, a deal is automatically created in Pipedrive or HubSpot — with full engagement history, contact details, and an AI-generated prospect brief attached. Your sales team gets notified immediately: who to call, what they’ve been looking at, and why now is the right time.

When a contact crosses 50 points, a secondary hot lead alert fires. This is your highest-intent prospect — someone who has been repeatedly engaging across email and web over time. These are the calls that close.

5. En Fuego VIP Page Alerts

We monitor specific high-intent pages — pricing, contact us, hire the founder — and fire an instant email alert the moment a known contact lands on them. No waiting for the next sync cycle. If someone you’ve been nurturing for three months just hit your pricing page, you find out within seconds.

Where the Enterprise Tools Still Win (Being Honest)

We’re not going to pretend the Easy Button™ does everything 6sense does. There are two areas where enterprise platforms currently have an edge:

  • Anonymous visitor deanonymization. If someone visits your website who has never clicked a tracking link and isn’t in your email list, enterprise tools can sometimes identify the company via IP. We’re adding this capability — but it’s not live yet.
  • Third-party intent data. Platforms like Bombora aggregate signals from thousands of B2B publisher sites, giving you intent scores for accounts that have never visited your site or opened your emails. This is powerful for net-new outreach. It’s also where a lot of the noise and cost comes from.

For most of our clients, these gaps don’t matter — because the highest-value signals are from contacts who already know you. A prospect who opened your last four emails and just hit your pricing page is more valuable than an anonymous IP that visited a third-party site that mentions your category.

What’s Coming Next

We’re actively building the next layer of the Signal Engine:

  • IP-to-company deanonymization — identify anonymous website visitors and score them even before they engage with email
  • Third-party intent data integration — layer in web-wide behavioral signals from B2B intent providers to find accounts in-market before they reach your list
  • Multi-CRM expansion — deeper integrations beyond Pipedrive and HubSpot
  • Predictive scoring models — ML-based scoring that weights signals by what has historically converted for your specific ICP
  • Multi-channel signal capture — LinkedIn engagement, ad retargeting audience overlap, event attendance signals

Every enhancement rolls into the same flat monthly price. No per-seat fees. No add-on modules. No surprise overages.

The Full System: Prospect Pump™ + Easy Button™

The complete growth engine works like this:

  1. Prospect Pump™ builds your TAM — 6,000–8,000 verified ICP contacts per month added to your email list and systematically warmed up ($2,000–$3,000/month)
  2. Easy Button™ scores every contact as they engage — opens, clicks, page visits, form fills ($2,000–$3,000/month)
  3. Signal Engine auto-creates Pipedrive/HubSpot deals at 15 points with full history + AI brief
  4. Hot Lead Alerts fire at 50 points — your highest-intent contacts, ready to close
  5. En Fuego Alerts fire the instant a known contact hits a VIP page
  6. Your sales team calls the right person, at the right time, with the right context

Total cost for the complete system: $4,000–$6,000/month. Total cost for a comparable enterprise stack: $50,000–$100,000/year — before implementation, before training, before the 6-month ramp.

And for our remaining founding members, either system is available at $1,000/month — locked in for life at that rate.
